well... the clothes are really cute, but the fit just didn’t work for us. My daughter’s usual size was tight in one area and weirdly loose in another, so it was a bit frustrating. Ended up having to return it, which was kind of annoying

The clothes showed up in good condition, so no complaints there. I just felt like the shipping took longer than it should have, especially for what I paid. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I was left feeling a little underwhelmed.

I was expecting the discounts to be a bit more impressive, honestly. The sale looked good at first glance (which got my hopes up), but once I actually checked the prices, the deals still felt kind of weak to me

The dress did look really cute online, so I’ll give it that, the photos definitely did their job. But once I tried it on, the fabric felt thin, and after just one wash the seams already started coming loose. It’s fine if you only need something to wear once, I guess, but for the price I expected a lot better.

I used to really like Matilda Jane, some of their styles are still cute. The brand just doesn’t feel quite the same to me now, though, and I found myself feeling a little unsure while shopping.

The website looks nice enough and it’s not hard to browse, but I felt like some of the basic info could’ve been easier to find. I had to click around more than I expected, which made the whole ordering process feel less straightforward.
For the price, I guess I was hoping for a little more clarity and reassurance. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but I’m not really comfortable ordering again right now

I like the idea of the product, but I really wish there were more size options available. It would just be a decent thing to offer so more people can find something that actually works for them...

Checkout was smooth overall, and my coupon went through without any issues. I did have to re-enter my shipping info once after the page glitched, which was a little annoying, but payment worked fine right after. I also got the confirmation email and receipt quickly, so everything seems all set

I ordered a few outfits for my daughter and they arrived pretty much just like I hoped. The prints are super cute, the fabric feels soft and comfy, and the sizing was close to what we expected. She’s been reaching for these more than a lot of the other clothes in her closet, which says a lot. Compared to other kids’ brands we’ve tried, these just feel a little more special and fun. I’m definitely seeing another Matilda Jane order in our future.

I really wanted to like these clothes, but the colors and patterns were just a lot. Stuff always looks cuter online, but in person pretty much everything felt busy and kind of mismatched. Maybe that’s just their whole style, but it’s not really mine. I don’t think I’d order again...

My Matilda Jane order showed up just the way I expected. The sizes, colors, and pieces I picked were all correct, and nothing was missing or mixed up. having to deal with order issues is so unnecessary, so I was really happy this was simple and easy

I’ve ordered from them a few times now, and the sizing has been consistent, which I really appreciate. It makes reordering a lot less stressful. That said, one of the dresses did feel a bit roomier than I expected, so it’s not totally perfect every time. Still, it wasn’t a big deal, and overall I’ve been happy with my purchases.

I got a couple of tops and some leggings for my daughter, they’ve been a nice find. The fabric is super soft, and she hasn’t complained once about scratchy seams or annoying tags, which feels like a small miracle around here.

The only hiccup was that one of the tops ran a little bigger than I expected. Not a huge deal, and we’re still happy with everything overall, but I’d love it if the sizing were a bit more consistent.

It got stressful faster than I expected.

Support was fine here and there, but when orders had problems or stuff sold out super quickly, I felt pretty much on my own. By the time I added up fees, shipping things, and all the time I was spending online, I was barely making anything. So yeah, for me it just didn’t really make sense in the end...
